Barco EC-50 Event Controller Case
This case was designed for Panavid to hold their Barco EC-50 event controller. The event controller is held in a 2” PE foam lined compartment. A 12” x 10” accessory compartment is included under the controller. 3” inboard dolly casters are provided for easy transport. These casters are designed to be field replaceable with simple 10/32” screws.
The exterior case is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with charcoal ABS plastic. 5 deep recessed handles are provided for easy lifting and 1 print of the Panavid silkscreen.

This custom ENG broadcast rack case was built for Panavid to support mobile broadcast and production workflows.
The case features an upper 12U rack section designed for preview monitors and scopes, along with a perpendicular 1U rack space for a Clear-Com base station. Behind the rack are three storage drawers with configurable dividers for organizing accessories and equipment.
A locking center drawer houses a Blackmagic ATEM switcher and Panasonic camera controller, with additional rack space for a router panel and an integrated wrist rest for operator comfort.
The lower section includes a 24” deep 12U rack with adjustable rail sets for additional broadcast gear. Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case features recessed handles, locking casters, and removable lids with table legs, making it a durable and mobile solution for broadcast environments.
Custom Installed Video Flypack w/Pocket Doors
This custom video flypack was built for Clair Global as part of an installed production system for a casino.
The top lid includes two 12U rack bays for video monitors and a foldable sunshade made from marine-grade plastic to improve screen visibility during use. Below the lid is a Formica-laminated work surface and a sliding workstation with multi-position locking glides.
Behind the work surface is a dual 4U rack section for patch panels, along with two 9U rack sections featuring adjustable rails for additional video equipment. The rack fronts use pocket doors, while the rear remains open for easier access and airflow.
The case is constructed from ABS-laminated plywood with recessed hardware, stacking caster wells, and 4” Colson casters, creating a durable mobile system for internal video production operations.
Video Flypack For Installed Applications
This custom video production cart was designed for theatrical applications, featuring an all-black finish to blend into stage environments.
The cart includes a dual-monitor Ergotron mount that allows operators to position screens for both stage viewing and multiview monitoring. The work surface features foldable side wings to expand the workspace and includes a dimmable LED gooseneck light module for illumination and rack lighting control.

Ross TouchDrive TD2 Switcher Case
This custom tour case was designed to transport and operate a Ross TD2 TouchDrive switcher for live production environments.
The switcher is housed in a custom Baltic Birch enclosure with protective foam lining and a hinged doghouse for easy access to rear connections. A 2U patch section allows integration of router or patch panels, and an Ergotron monitor arm supports the Ross monitor during use.
A separate foam-lined compartment in the lid stores the monitor, allowing the arm to remain attached during transport. The case features a three-piece design with removable lids, durable ABS-laminated construction, multiple recessed handles, and Colson casters for mobility.

This compact flypack is designed for the Roland V-160 HD Switcher. The switcher is mounted via its rack ears to 5U of angled rack rail. The rack rail is mounted on rubber isolation mounts to provide shock protection during transport. A ½” black, marine grade plastic hinged decorative cover is mounted behind the switcher to hide cables. 2 small cable hatches are provided to handle cables coming into and out of the case. Video Streaming Fly Pack w/Articulating Monitor Arm & 16RU Rack
This case is designed with mobile audio and video productions in mind. The 3 axis monitor mounting system allows the display to be angled in a sitting or standing position, extended, and moved to the left or right of center. A position control board handles the monitors angle. Friction hinges are used allowing the screen to be raised to a vertical position or laid flat. These friction hinges allow the monitor to behave in the same manner as a laptop screen: the screen can be positioned in any position along a 90 degree plane without the need for ratcheting mechanisms or support rods. A Chief K2W120B mount is installed to allows the display to be positioned left or right of center, in addition to 15” of extension towards the user.
Microsoft Surface Studio 2 Small Format Fly Pack Case
This fly pack is designed for several applications using the Microsoft Surface Studio 2 as the system centerpiece. Applications include DIT workstations, media servers, and live sound. The case holds the Surface Studio by its base allowing it to be used laying down, and fully extended without removing it from the case. The case contours the unique shape of the monitor and removes any stress on the internal hinging system during shipping. Power is supplied to the case via a LM Tour Systems DSK-T True1 power inlet box and provided 25’ 14awg SJOOW True1 to Edison power cable. A Furman Pluglock is mounted on a soft close glide to provide power for all internal components. The Pluglock is wired to the DSK-T via a locking True1 connector. Power cables are secured in the Pluglock via locking hoops that hold plugs in during transport.
