Custom Rack Drawer For Apple M1 16” MacBook Pro Laptop
This rack mount drawer is outfitted with a custom CNC cut foam insert designed to hold a M1 16” MacBook Pro laptop and accessories. The laptop is held in a custom compartment with a removable ½” PE foam piece. A separate accessory compartment is provided for the laptop power supply and any additional cables.
The foam insert is mounted in a Penn Elcom R2293 Tour Grade series drawer. The R2293 series are heavy duty rack mount drawers designed for touring applications. The drawers feature punches for M25/40 cable glands. Each drawer includes the R2292-RSB-KIT rear mount kit for extra stability with heavy loads.

Microsoft Surface Studio 2 Small Format Fly Pack Case
This fly pack is designed for several applications using the Microsoft Surface Studio 2 as the system centerpiece. Applications include DIT workstations, media servers, and live sound. The case holds the Surface Studio by its base allowing it to be used laying down, and fully extended without removing it from the case. The case contours the unique shape of the monitor and removes any stress on the internal hinging system during shipping. Power is supplied to the case via a LM Tour Systems DSK-T True1 power inlet box and provided 25’ 14awg SJOOW True1 to Edison power cable. A Furman Pluglock is mounted on a soft close glide to provide power for all internal components. The Pluglock is wired to the DSK-T via a locking True1 connector. Power cables are secured in the Pluglock via locking hoops that hold plugs in during transport.

This is a large format portable heavy duty rack mount case designed for moving servers and network equipment between sites. Primarily designed for moving equipment between integration shops and data centers, this rack can also be used in installed applications. The inner rack shell is built out of ½” plywood finished with black ABS plastic. Square captive nut rail is mounted at the front & rear of the rack shell. The 36” deep shell features 35” of usable rail to rail depth. The inner shell is isolated from the exterior case via 2” foam on all sides. 3.5” deep lids are secured by 6 latches each. The case exterior is built out of ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. 14 deep recessed handles are mounted in ergonomic positions on all four sides of the rack. 2 x 2 configuration handles are mounted on the side of the case to provide 2 handles for lifting, and 2 for pulling. A 1 x 2 handle pattern are mounted on each lid. 1 handle is positioned for a center pull, with the bottom 2 handles providing lift points. 27” iMac Video Production Fly Pack
This case is designed to hold a 27” iMac mounted on a position control board. The board is mounted to position control hinged that allow the computer to tilt and be held in position similar to a laptop screen. The computer is interfaced to the mount board via an articulating Chief mount that allows the computer to telescope away from the mount board and be moved to the right or left of the case. The computer is mounted to the Chief mount via an included Apple VESA mount adapter. Below the computer is a shock mounted 12 space rack that includes front & rear pre-tapped 10/32” rack rail. The rack includes a 1RU slide out shelf for the computer’s keyboard. The case includes table legs mounted in one of the lids. This case was designed for Nvidia to be a portable server rack for use at trade shows. The case holds 32RU of gear in a shock isolated inner shell to prevent damage to the delicate servers. To dampen the noise of the server fans, the inner shell features 10 ultra low noise cooling fans and 3/8” thick clear Lexan doors at the front and back of the shell.

This case was designed for L3 Power Paragon as a portable solution to reduce the noise of their ruggedized servers that were being used in an office environment. The case provides a 16RU shock mounted rack section for the servers, in addition to a 1RU LCD Console section and a 4RU patch section. The case is designed to target specific fan noise frequencies and reduce them by 15 - 20 decibels. The case works by enclosing the servers and moving large amounts of air around them to keep them cool. Several fans pull cold air in through the bottom and additional fans exhaust the hot air through the top of the case. Each ultra quiet fan is rated at 18 decibels.
