QSC Q-Sys System Tech Workstation
This case was designed for Walt Disney Parks as a PA system tech workstation. The case is based around a QSC Q-Sys system. The workstation includes a Dell 24” touch monitor, Formica laminated work surface, shock mounted rack section, custom IO panel and storage drawers.
The top lid of the case is hinged allowing for a 24” Dell touch monitor to be mounted and deployed easily. The monitor is attached to the case via a Chief tilting mount. A custom cable loom was built by the LM Cases Custom Integration department to keep all monitors connections organized. The loom includes a locking IEC power cable, HDMI and a USB.
The main work surface is laminated with black Formica for a smooth writing plane. Below the work surface is an 8U shock mounted rack. The rack features front and rear pre-tapped 10/32” rail with a usable depth of 24”. The rear of the rack features a hinged trap door for easy access. Below the rack section is a side mounted, 1U patch section that includes a fiber/Powercon panel. This panel provided a singular connection point for fiber and power to enter and exit the case. A 25ft LM Tour Systems Powercon cable is included.
2 HD storage drawers are provided. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch and finished with black carpet. The drawers are mounted on HD Accuride glides and feature orange faces to match the case exterior.
The case exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with orange ABS plastic. The case features 8 deep recessed handles, table legs in the lid and rides on 4” Colson casters (2 Locking).

Computer Workbox w/Extended Top Work Surface
This custom computer workbox was built for the US Army Field Band and features a 12U shock-mounted rack, heavy-duty drawers, lid storage, and a removable table that expands the workspace between the case body and front lid.
The rack section is isolated with 1” foam and provides 25” rail-to-rail depth. It includes LM Tour Systems power distribution, with a recessed power inlet, duplex outlets, a DSK-SM module, Powercon connectivity, and a 25 ft power cable for reliable power management.
Below the rack are two heavy-duty drawers made from ½” Baltic Birch with Accuride glides and black textured coating. The top drawer offers 4.5” height, while the bottom drawer provides 6.5” height and includes two removable dividers for organization.
The front lid features Rip-Ties for cable storage, two bottle shelves, and a removable table that connects the lid to the case to create a large integrated work surface.
The case exterior is constructed from 3/8” plywood laminated with black ABS, finished with six recessed handles, 4” Colson casters, and a “US ARMY FIELD BAND” stencil for durability and identification.
Custom FOH Workstation For Avid S6L-32D Console
This custom installed workstation was designed to house an Avid S6L-32D console as a permanent house console setup for a theater. The workstation includes dual 14U rack sections, three storage drawers, and an integrated workspace for live sound operation.
Constructed from ¾” Baltic Birch plywood with a black textured finish, the workstation features a 5.25” deep doghouse with a hinged lid to conceal console connections. Two fully articulating Ergotron monitor arms provide flexible screen positioning on either side of the console, and a slide-out keyboard shelf mounted on heavy-duty Accuride glides sits beneath the main work surface.
The lower section houses two 14U racks with vented rear doors, along with three drawers for equipment storage, protected by a removable clear Lexan cover. The workstation is finished with recessed Penn Elcom handles and 3.5” Colson casters for mobility.
Custom Workstation Road Case For A ETC Apex 5 Lighting Console
This custom lighting workstation was built for Walt Disney World to house an ETC APEX 5 lighting console for outdoor show use.
The workstation features a slide-out shelf for the console with integrated power outlets and USB charging, along with a pole-mounted monitor on an articulating mount. A cable management doghouse and trough system keeps wiring organized and protected.
The lower section includes a 13U shock-mounted rack with cooling fans, temperature monitoring, and a custom LM Tour Systems I/O panel providing power, network, and fiber connectivity. A dedicated foam-lined compartment stores the monitor safely during transport, and two storage drawers provide additional space for accessories.
Built from ABS-laminated plywood, the workstation includes sliding pocket doors, recessed hardware, and heavy-duty Colson casters, creating a durable, mobile solution for professional lighting control.
5 Drawer Workbox w/LED Lighting In Each Drawer
This custom 5-drawer workbox was built for Helsinki Pro Audio systems engineer Vile to organize tools and accessories at the front-of-house (FOH) position.
The case includes five Baltic Birch drawers mounted on heavy-duty glides, each carpet-lined and isolated from the exterior by foam for protection. Every drawer features custom color-changing LED lighting that can be disconnected via XLR connections if the drawers need to be removed.
The top drawer includes a True1 power outlet and a 4-plex outlet bank, powered by an integrated LM Tour Systems power supply and a 25 ft True1 power cable.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case features multiple recessed handles for lifting and pulling, 4” casters for mobility, and stacking caster wells that allow another case to be securely stacked on top.
Show Control / System Processing Installed Cart
This custom show control cart is designed for installed production environments, such as show control systems and PA processing. Its all-black finish allows it to blend discreetly into venues and control rooms.
The cart features a dual-monitor Ergotron mount, a Formica-laminated work surface, and a 2U rack section with a dimmable gooseneck work light and LED rack lighting controls. A slide-out shelf with multi-position locking provides additional workspace.
Below the surface is a 14U rack with front and rear rails and a vented rear door, offering space for processing equipment. Constructed from Baltic Birch with a textured finish and mounted on locking casters, the cart provides a durable and mobile control workstation.
Yamaha TF1 Installed FOH Workstation
This custom installed workstation was built to house a Yamaha TF1 mixing console for a front-of-house (FOH) church application.
Constructed from ¾” Baltic Birch with a black textured finish, the workstation includes a custom-fitted console compartment with ventilation and marine-grade brackets to secure the console in place. A 16U rack section provides additional space for audio equipment and features a sliding pocket door in the front and a vented rear lid.
Power and signal connections are managed through an LM Tour Systems inlet panel with Powercon and configurable D-series connector ports. The case is finished with recessed hardware and 4” Colson casters, creating a durable and mobile solution for installed audio systems.
Small Format Event Tech Workbox For Loyola University
This custom mobile workbox was built for the Event Services department at Loyola University to provide a portable workstation for event setup and operations.
The case features integrated LED lighting, AC power outlets with plug-lock protection, and USB charging ports in the lid. The main work surface is Formica-laminated, and the lid includes a pop-up table for additional workspace.
