Portable Mass Kit Travel Case
This case was designed for Holy Family Church. The case provides individual compartments for each of the tiny elements of the portable mass kit. The individual compartments not only provide maximum protection for the items, they also allow the user to quickly see if a piece is missing.
Because of the amount of components to the kit, a product placement sheet is mounted in the lid to show what items are included in the kit and where they go in the foam insert.
The exterior case is built out of 1/4″ plywood to provide a light weight yet durable transportation solution.

Midas Heritage 2000 Channel Strip Transport Case
This case was designed to carry 4 Midas Heritage 2000 channel cards. The case is designed to hold spare channels on the road and or ship channels out for repair via UPS/FEDEX when needed. The case is lined with 1” anti-static PE foam. A center foam divider keeps the channel cards separated back to front. 2 removable 1” pieces keep the channels separated top to bottom. Each channel is held in a way to prevent the knobs (and therefore the potentiometers) from contacting the foam during transport. The exposed twisted wire loom on the bottom of each channel is also accommodated in the insert so it doesn’t come in contact with the foam.

Eaton Electrical Switch Pelican 1690 Case
This case was built for the Eaton Electric Corp as a salesman sample case. The design is based around a Pelican 1690 case and features a CNC cut foam insert for the switch. The insert holds the switch with the lever facing down to make it easier to remove from the case. The insert accomodates the power handle in the up or down position.
Custom ASI Graphics Panel Sales Sample Case
This case was built for Architectural Systems Incorporated. The case is designed to hold sample boards of ASI's products. The exterior of the case is built out of lightweight 1/4" plywood and features a telescoping aluminum handle and inboard dolly casters. The exterior also features a custom full color graphics panel of the customers logo printed on ABS plastic. The interior of the case is lined with crosslink foam, which is a class A surface to prevent any abrasion marks that standard foam may leave.
Custom Pelican-Hardigg ACS AL4024-1305 Caster Case
This case was designed for a custom caster company to hold their sample casters. The case features a custom multi-layered insert in a Pelican-Hardigg AL4024-1305 case. LM Cases fabricated custom caster mounts and added 3.5" Colson Poly Hi-Tech casters to the case. The insert was cut out of 4lb PE foam in our CNC foam shop.
