Bridgestone/Firestone Pegisys Test Case
This diagnostic test equipment case was designed for Bridgestone/Firestone. The case will be shipped via UPS, so durability and light weight were a top concern on this project. The case was built using our proprietary 3/8" composite panels which allows the case to be light weight as well extremely strong.
The interior case features a custom CNC cut insert that holds the Pegisys unit as well as a Pelican 1075 case. The Pelican 1075 case holds a signal generator, because the signal generator is a raw component; pink anti-static foam was used on the cases interior.
The exterior case features a 3 stage telescoping aluminum handle as well as inboard dolly casters. The casters are mounted using standard 10/32" machine screws so they can be replaced in the field by the customer.

Advanced Defense Solutions Metal Testing Workstation
This case was built for Advanced Defense Solutions to provide a portable workstation for their factory floor for metal testing. Metal quality control is done by a scanner mounted on a movable gantry, this gantry scanner is hardwired to a rack mounted control unit. The gantry scanner is held in a CNC cut foam insert in a removable drawer; the drawer is mounted on the right half of the case. The top of the drawer is open, allowing the cable to coil and store above the drawer on hooks. A 20RU shockmounted rack is mounted on the left half of the case providing adequate storage for all processors needed to run the scanner. The rack features recessed spring loaded D-Ring shackles which allow multiple points to tether the umbilical cord that runs the gantry scanner, the rack also features recessed fans to provide additional cooling. The rack, drawer and cable storage is built into a single frame to isolate it from the exterior case and provide shock protection.
The top of the case features a 19" ELO touch monitor mounted on a position control hinge board and telescoping monitor mount. The position control hinge board allows the monitor to be tilted at any angle ranging from 90 - 180 degrees. The telescoping monitor mount features a rotating VESA mount allowing the monitor to be orientated in portrait or landscape views in addition to letting the monitor swing to the left or the right. To the right of the monitor, is a black Formica laminated writing surface. The case also features a retractable 30' cable reel eliminating the need for an extension cord to power the case.
Evertz Microsystems Custom Rack
This case was designed for Evertz Microsystems. The case is designed to hold a custom 40 space unit that weighs 800lbs! The unit needs to travel to different venues and be set up. To accommodate this, heavy duty Colson 4" x 2" casters were used on the rear lid to allow the case to be shipped, and fit through a standard door. The case and unit are extremely heavy; the case is designed to be mechanically lifted by the inner rack shell. In case a forklift or crane are not available, 28 deep recessed handles were used to allow the case to be manually lifted.
Test Identifier Case
This case was designed to hold a Biological Identifier Kit. The case features custom CNC cut foam inserts for each of the delicate components. The interior case features a 3/8" removable tray with a generic storage area mounted below. The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood and featured deep recessed handles & 3 field replacable inboard dolly casters.
HEPA Filter Case
This case was designed for a HEPA filter & hook up accessories. The components are held in a custom CNC cut foam insert that is custom cut to form fit each item. The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood and featured deep recessed handles.
