Christie WU12KM Projector Case
This case was designed for AdvanceConcepts to hold a Christie WU12KM projector and two lenses. The projector is held in a 2" foam lined compartment while the lenses are held in a custom removable lens case. The lens case is built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood finished with black texture coating. The lens case can be stored or transported independently of the exterior case allowing maximum flexibility for rentals.
The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood laminated with red ABS plastic and features stacking caster wells and 4" Colson casters.

Panasonic RZ970 Projector Case w/Lens Storage
This custom case is designed hold a Panasonic RZ970 projector with a separate lens compartment. The projector is held in a custom CNC cut, PE foam insert. A 14” x 14” x 1.75” accessory compartment is located under the projector for small parts and cables. A separate lens compartment with dimensions of 7” x 7” x 7.75” is also provided for storage. An additional carpet lined accessory compartment is provided for larger items.

This case is designed for the Barco TLD .4:1 90-degree projector lens. The lens is held in custom CNC cut crosslink foam cradles. The lens is supported at all stress points. The nonabrasive foam prevents scratching and allows the lens to be transported without its lens caps attached.

Barco TLD+ 7.5-11 R9829997 Projector Lens Case
This case is designed to hold a Barco TLD+ 7.5-11 (R9829997) projector lens. The case features custom PE foam cradles that hold the lens at each end. Crosslink foam is provided at the glass ends of the lens. The non-abrasive Crosslink foam removes the need to provide caps with the lens. The case exterior is built from ¼” plywood laminated with charcoal ABS plastic and features Panavid’s silkscreen and ID stencils to show the lens make and model. The case features flat triangle corners allowing it to be placed in a cardboard box easily for shipment.
Digital Projection HIGHlite Laser II 3D Projector Case
This case was built for AVI-SPL to hold a Digital Projection HIGHlite Laser II 3D projector. The case is designed to hold the projector in a custom CNC cut foam compartment. The projector is surrounded by a minimum of 2” of foam on all sides. The projector stores with the main lens attached. A second lens is stored in a custom cut compartment in the accessory area. The secondary lens compartment features a custom contoured CNC cut foam compartment with a removable lid.

The system is designed with quick setup and tear down in mind. All components are permanently wired allowing the user to simply remove the case lids and plug the system into a power source.

This case was designed for Panavid to hold a Panasonic W03E lens. The lens is held in a custom CNC cut foam compartment that cradles all planes of the unit, the ends of the foam compartment are finished with Crosslink foam allowing the lens to be stored without caps.
Eiki 1.29-1.80 Projector Lens Case
This case was built for Wagner Media to hold their Eiki1.29-1.80 projector lens. The lens is held in a custom foam lined compartment that supports it from varying heights allowing all surfaces to be equally contoured. The foam compartment features crosslink foam pieces at both ends which allows the lens to be shipped without caps. Crosslink foam features a Class A scratch resistant surface which wont scratch the delicate glass of the lens.

Panavid Chooses LM Cases For Custom Projector & Lens Case
The case was designed for Panavid Inc to accommodate a variety of projectors and lenses for rental applications. A unique challenge with any rental house is how to transport a projector with the correct lens for each unique job. Because Panavid rents the lenses separately from the projector, simply storing the lens in the projector case was not an option; separate lens cases needed to be created.

The insert is cut out of ester foam and capped with crosslink foam which allows the lens to be placed in the insert with out lens caps and not scratch the glass.
Custom Sanyo PLC-ZM5000L Projector Case
This case was designed and built for Panavid. The case is designed to hold a Sanyo PLC-ZM5000L projector, 3 lenses and 8 spaces of rack equipment. Panavid primarily uses the case for corporate events, keeping the case aesthetically pleasing as well as functional was a top priority. The projector is designed to be used with the top lid of the case on to allow a finished look. We created an angled piece of PE foam to elevate the front of the projector to allow for a proper viewing angle. If a steeper angle is needed, they can simply remove the lid and use the integrated feet to achieve the desired angle.
Panasonic PT DZ12000U Projector ATA Case
This case was built to hold a Panasonic DZ12000U projector. The exterior case features 3/8" plywood, 3.5" casters and stacking caster wells in the lid. The interior case holds the projector in a 2" foam lined compartment, there is also a custom compartment for the ET-D7SLE6 lens.
